Studio Bookings
Terms and Instructions
COVID- 19 SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Dance Hub SA now requires any person attending our premises to have their vaccinations against COVID-19 up to date.
Evidence of this must be sent to our Executive Officer, Jo Jacobs before access to the studio can be given.
General Terms:
Dance Hub SA members have access to our studio on a casual basis.
This access does not replace our residency program.
You are limited to :
Three sessions (3 hours) on any one day.
Five sessions (5 hours) in any one week
Ten sessions (10 hours) in any one month.
Sessions are released one month in advance.
Payment is required before a booking is confirmed and is non-refundable.
You are required to depart promptly upon your session ending as other users may be waiting to use the studio. If you arrive late for your session you are not able to extend past your end time.
Care of Studio
You will ensure that reasonable care is taken of the studio at all times during your booking and that the tarkett flooring is not damaged.
You agree that the studio will be left clean and all of your possessions and rubbish will be removed at the end of the session.
If you move any items in the studio during your session you will return them to the same position before departing the studio.
If damage occurs due to your usage it will be repaired and the cost paid by you. You agree that no food or drink (other than water) is allowed in the studio
Use of Studio
The studio can only be used for the purposes of research, rehearsal and development of your work. Under no circumstances will it be lent or hired out to any other person or group during the period of your booking.
Emergency Exit
You will familiarise yourself with the emergency exit plan on the wall of the studio and will take note of the position of fire exits.
Security and Access
The studio is accessed with a security fob which also controls the alarm system.
If your booking is when our office is open then you just liaise with our Executive Officer, Jo Jacobs, when arriving and departing.
If your booking is outside our office hours you will be given a code (via sms to your mobile phone) to access the key safe on the front door of the building which contains a fob for studio access.
The studio has an alarm system in place. You will be sent instructions disarming/arming the alarm by email.
